Before submitting documents to MEA for attestation, you are required to get attestation done from Home Department. Home Department authenticates the certificates after verifying the content of certificates. Authentication is an accurate representation of the authenticity of submitted certificates. The HRD ministry that is the Human Resource Department of the State attests all certificates issued by Govt. Technical Board, medical as well as paramedical institution, Govt. School, university and other organizations. After completion of the attestation process, certificate is preceded further to the External Affairs & Embassy Attestation. 3) MEA ATTESTATION FOR CHINA

MEA attestation comes under the ministry of external affairs government of India. It is 6the Ministry of External Affairs which attests all the certificates issues by any state in India before making submission to China embassy. Ministry of External Affairs attests all non-educational as well as educational certificates as well as commercial certificates.

 

4) CHINA EMBASSY ATTESTATION

The China attestation needs all personal as well as educational certificates, academic or personal, issued from India to be attested by the Consulate or Embassy in China for further attestation by the MOFA which stands for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Government of China before granting Visa.

ATTESTATION FOR CHINA

Once certificates are attested by MEA, you can submit them to the Embassy of China for further attestation. The China embassy will attest all non-educational as well as educational and commercial document if the certificates are attested by MEA.

5) SDM ATTESTATION FOR CHINA

The office of Sub Divisional Magistrate is located in Delhi. Once certificates are attested from SDM, you can submit certificates further for MEA attestation and after that for Embassy Attestation of China
